Project Overview
At 35 University Walk, the design embraces character rather than polishing it away. Exposed brick, dark timber floors, stained glass and a carefully collected mix of furniture create a home that feels personal, layered and unmistakably lived in.
Large windows and glazed doors draw the surrounding greenery into the interior, balancing the richness of rugs, artwork and vintage pieces with abundant daylight. The brickwork continues between inside and out, strengthening the relationship between the sheltered living spaces and the tropical courtyard.
Rather than impose a single aesthetic, the architecture provides a calm framework for objects and memories accumulated over time. Every view reveals another texture, artwork or crafted detail, yet the whole remains relaxed and coherent.
